The JCEO Weatherization Program of Clinton and Franklin Counties is accepting sealed bids for HVAC and water heater replacements for a 32-unit housing complex located in Plattsburgh, NY. Specifications may be obtained at JCEO, 54 Margaret Street, Plattsburgh, NY, or by calling (518) 561-6310. Bid packages are available for pickup Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Sealed bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope as 'SEALED BID FOR MATERIALS.' JCEO reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
