Site work for a mixed-use development in Depew, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; parking garage; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Project consists of renovations to (5) district buildings as defined below: 1. Depew High School - Interior renovations consisting of toilet room renovations (inclusive of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work), mechanical and A/C upgrades, and finishes upgrades to various spaces. Exterior renovations include resurfacing an existing track, fencing, and related sitework. 2. Depew Middle School - Interior renovations consisting of toilet room renovations (inclusive of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work). Exterior renovations include replacement of parking lots, sidewalks, and exterior lighting. 3. Depew Cayuga Heights Elementary - Interior renovations consisting of toilet room renovations (inclusive of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work), and renovations to program spaces, finishes upgrades, and mechanical and A/C upgrades. Building envelope upgrades include windows and doors related to interior renovations. Exterior renovations include sidewalk replacement. 4. Depew Bus Garage - Roof replacement, masonry restoration, and structural work to rebuild columns. 5. Depew Maintenance Building (Former Cogen Building) - Providing a new overhead door, slab demolition, and electrical disconnections and related service work. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. Bidders or subcontractors who return all Bidding and Contract Documents in good condition within ten (10) days of receipt of bids and have remitted payment, will receive a full refund of the deposit.
