Nearng Joint Forces Headquarters HVAC Sustainment The scope of this project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required for removing the (2) existing boilers and replacing them with a single condensing boiler and modifying the heating water system to function off one loop in-lieu of the existing isolated loops. The base bid shall also include replacement of select heat pumps that have known issues, and all heat pumps that serve the 3rd and 4th floors except for (2) heat pumps (HP-4009 and HP-4039) that are being replaced under a separate project. A unit cost shall be provided for each size of heat pump and noted circuit breaker sizes to allow for selection of additional units to be replaced to reach the total available funding for the project.
