Renovation of an educational facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all plant, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, labor, and skills necessary and incidental to perform all work described for the Whitehall Staff Training Building Re-Roof. All bids must be made on forms attached to and made part of the proposed contract documents. Electronic drawings and specifications are available at no cost, and printed documents can be acquired at standard rates. Bidders are responsible for registering as a plan holder to be notified of addenda and drawing changes. All questions about the project documents must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline. Each bid must include a certified or cashier's check or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. The character and amount of security for contract performance are stated in the contract documents. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity.
