Project: Chandler Road Reconstruction & Utility Improvements. Chandler Road between Coleman & State, Clinton County. Question Deadline 03/06/2026 Bidder's questions must be submitted through online portal. The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: _ Approximately 3,200 feet of complete road reconstruction _ Approximately 3,000 feet of road mill and resurface _ Approximately 2,300 feet of guardrail replacement _ Approximately 200 feet of slope reinforcement _ Traffic and pedestrian signal improvements to the Chandler Road and Coleman Road intersection. _ Maintenance of Traffic _ 2,100 feet of Remy Chandler Intercounty Drain Branch 2 enclosure with 54" concrete storm sewer _ Removal of existing 198" x 114" CMP arch culvert and installation of 104 feet of 16' 9" x 10'-8" aluminum multi-plate pipe arch culvert for Remy Chandler Intercounty Drain _ Construction of a floodplain mitigation area, including approximately 0.70 acre of clearing and 7,700 cyd of excavation. _ Maintenance of surface water drainage and drain flow during construction. _ Approximately 6,000 feet of 8-inch through 24-inch PVC sanitary gravity sewer with depths exceeding 20' _ Approximately 2,100 feet of 8-inch HDPE force main installation. _ Tree clearing within utility easement and proposed easement areas. _ Construction of a new duplex submersible Lift Station with wet well, valve and meter chamber, control panel, standby generator, 24-inch PVC C-900 restrained joint sewer, 8-inch ductile iron force main, bypass connection, and all associated equipment and materials. _ Demolition of four (4) existing duplex submersible lift stations _ Maintenance of existing sanitary sewer service during construction. Including all necessary dewatering, bypass pumping, appurtenances and restoration. Contractor must furnish adequate material, equipment, labor and supervision to complete the specified work, which also includes testing, inspection, and placing the system in operation.
