Description

Demolition and renovation of a water / sewer project in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project.

Demolition of existing plant internals, including the majority of equipment and electrical systems inside the water treatment plant and the nearby lift station internals. Supply and installation of all new electrical systems in the plant, including re-connecting existing 120 208 3-phase service entrance wires. Supply and installation of all new water treatment systems in the plant. Supply and installation of new sewage pumps and piping inside the existing lift station barrel, including new pump control panel, new pumps, new float controls, and new power and instrumentation wiring from the water treatment plant to the lift station. Commissioning of water treatment equipment and training of Parks staff. Existing systems are to remain in service until October 15, 2026, with full demolition and replacements commencing after this date.
