Contractor shall provide and furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, certificates, insurance, temporary protection, and all other items required to perform Project 585-21-113, Replace Condensate Lines and Pumps, at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center. Work includes removing, resizing, and replacing condensate steam lines, pumps, and PRVs; adding bypass lines; replacing HPC traps; replacing the 6-inch steam valve connected to the 8-inch MPS header in the sub-basement; and completing all additional construction activities shown on the contract drawings and described in the specifications. All work must comply with the contract documents and the requirements applicable to a 100% CVE-verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS 238220. **Location:** Oscar G.
