Sealed Statements of Qualification (SOQs) are invited from qualified consulting firms to provide on-call land surveying services for various state and federally funded roadway and bridge construction projects. Selection will be based on experience, availability of personnel, and other considerations detailed in the RFQ, leading to a master consultant agreement and the issuance of task orders. Submit one hard copy and one electronic copy of all required information in a sealed envelope with the return address and 'RFQ No. DPW2026-002' clearly printed on the outside. Proposals must be received at Public Works, 1106 2nd Street, Eureka, CA by the specified deadline. Late proposals will not be considered. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
