The Project will include earthwork operations, asphalt paving, decomposed granite paving, concrete paving, curbs and footings, shelter installation, fitness equipment installation, wood boardwalks and dock, site furnishing installation, landscape stonework, play surfacing, storm sewer, underdrainage, landscape plantings, wetland plantings and turf grass seeding. Bids must be submitted digitally through the plan room marked with the Contractor’s name and address, and “Hanover Township, William Tiknis Campus Reserve.” Bids must be received no later than 8:30 AM on March 5, 2026. All bidders are required to submit proof of Bid Security in the form of scans of Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier’s Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to Hanover Township. The Prevailing Wage Act applies, and the successful bidder shall be required to pay no less than the Prevailing Rate of Wages for the locality of Hanover Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, parts of any and all Bids, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted Bids, to modify or eliminate the scope of work, to award all or part of the scope of work, and to accept any Bid in its entirety or any part thereof, if in the judgment of the Township, the best interests of the Township will be promoted thereby. No submitted bid may be withdrawn and shall remain subject to acceptance for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date, without written consent of Hanover Township. Minority business firms are encouraged to submit bids and be utilized as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction. Anticipated Award Date: March 25, 2026
