Sealed bids are invited for an on-call contract for Traffic Signals, Foundations, Conduit, and Associated Work in the County of Hudson for the years 2026-2027. Plans and specifications can be inspected at the Office of the County Engineer and purchased for a non-refundable fee. Bidders must submit their bids in sealed envelopes endorsed with the project name and file number, including all required documentation: a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond (10% of the bid, up to $20,000), a surety company certificate, statement of ownership disclosure, a list of subcontractors, and properly completed bid forms with acknowledgement of addenda. Bidders should refer to the Specifications' Checklist for all required forms. Compliance with statutes and regulations regarding work safety, labor, insurance, and anti-discrimination is mandatory. Bids cannot be withdrawn except with the County's consent or as allowed by law. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive defects as permitted. Bid acceptance is subject to certification of available funds by the Director of Finance & Administration.
