Questions must be submitted by Bidder via email by March 5, 2026 The scope of work includes the procurement of two 161.7-13.2kV 30/40/50//56 MVA power transformers with LTC for Substation 1000. The contract generally consists of furnishing the transformers and associated goods with a 5-year warranty, providing one set of spare parts, delivery to the specified destination, offloading and assembling the goods, testing, and certification that the goods are ready for energizing. Bidders are required to submit quotations for these items. Instructions to bidders include submitting one sealed hard copy of the bid (electronic submittals are prohibited), clearly marking the mailing package, ensuring the proposal remains valid for sixty days after the bid opening date, and providing a bid guarantee in the amount of ten percent of the total bid amount in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, certified check or letter of credit.
