Work consists of approximately 13,700 square feet of roof replacement at Cogswell Hall, Indiana University of Pennsylvania. The work includes removal of the existing roof systems and insulation, and installation of insulation, EPDM roof systems, and edge metal as described on the Roof Table on the Drawings. Alternate bids include EPDM roof system and edge metal with a 30-year warranty. Work will be carried out by a Single Prime Contractor (General Construction Contractor) in accordance with Pennsylvania statute. The contractor is required to furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete all general construction to the satisfaction and approval of the Professional and the State System of Higher Education.
