Bids are requested on a firm fixed price basis to provide all necessary equipment, materials, labor, and supervision required for the 'VBC Arena Rigging Fall Protection' at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, Alabama. Bids must be submitted on the provided bid form in a sealed envelope. The contractor must fully comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and indemnify the Von Braun Center against related costs. Minority, disadvantaged, and women-owned businesses are encouraged to participate. Bid documents are available free of charge at the specified location, but mailing charges are the responsibility of the bidder. Any discrepancies or questions regarding the documents should be directed to the Facility Director for written clarification. Late bids will not be accepted, and all oral instructions are considered non-binding.
