Reference Number 0000412373 The Dutchess County (County) Department of Public Works (DPW) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide Petroleum Bulk Storage Tank Compliance Inspection, Record Management and Training Services related to Petroleum Bulk Storage Tanks owned by Dutchess County. Services will include inspections of County owned underground and above ground Petroleum Bulk Storage Tanks, inspections of related equipment including, but not limited to, pumps, electronic fuel/petroleum management systems, electronic tank monitoring systems, accessories and other related equipment. The purpose of the inspections is to assist the County to comply with all applicable New York State Department of Conservation (NYSDEC,) and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Rules and Regulations.
