Site work and new construction of a development in Dubach, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a development.
The project is for the construction of C&D landfill Cell B at the Lincoln Parish C&D Landfill in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. The scope includes clearing and grubbing; excavation; importation and installation of Compacted Clay Fill; providing and installing riprap Sediment Check Dams; providing and installing Concrete Canvas (or approved equal); providing and installing riprap Energy Dissipators; hydroseeding; and other associated work. Instructions to bidders: Bids must be submitted in sealed form to the Lincoln Parish Purchasing Agent, using the forms provided by the ENGINEER. Only properly licensed contractors in the specified classifications are eligible to bid. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security of at least five percent of the maximum bid price, in the form of a cashier’s check, certified check, or Bid Bond. A mandatory pre-bid conference must be attended by bidders to be eligible. Bidders must provide evidence of proper licensing when requesting bidding documents. Bidding documents will not be issued less than 24 hours before the bid opening. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
