The Town of Boyce is soliciting bids for asbestos abatement and demolition and clearance of dilapidated and blighted structures at specified addresses. Bidders may submit bids for one, multiple, or all sites. The project at each site includes abatement of identified asbestos-containing materials and disposal at LDEQ permitted Type I or Type II landfill, demolition, site clearance, and disposal of other structural components (including ancillary and site improvements) that are severely dilapidated and creating blight conditions. All structures identified for demolition and clearance have been condemned under relevant state processes. Bids must be submitted to the Town of Boyce at Pan American Engineers, LLC. The Town reserves the right to award contracts for individual sites, multiple sites, or all sites in its best interest, and may reject any or all bids for just cause. Bidders are required to comply with all Federal and State employment, non-discrimination, and accessibility laws and regulations. Minority-owned firms, small businesses, and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to participate. Bidders must be registered with the Federal System of Award (SAM) Registration Program and have an active Unique Entity ID prior to contract award. Special accommodations for persons with disabilities must be requested at least seven days before the bid opening.
