The City is seeking bids for the replacement of doors at the City Hall campus. The awarded contractor shall provide all materials and labor required to successfully complete the project. Question Deadline 02/26/2026 Deadline to submit Questions electronically Project Overview: This scope of work outlines the tasks, deliverables, and expectations for the replacement of select existing doors at the City of Sedona City Hall Complex. The scope includes all necessary work to remove and replace the windows and doors, ensuring compliance with the Citys General Conditions, Special Conditions, and other project requirements. 1. Project Preparation A. Removal of Existing Windows and Doors: Safely remove all designated doors and windows, including any trim, sashes, frames, or other related components. Upon the notice to proceed, Contractor shall provide the City with a project schedule. B. Protection of Property: Ensure that the work area is protected from dust, debris, and damage. This includes covering floors, furniture, and other surfaces as necessary. 2. Materials and Equipment A. Windows and Doors: Provide new windows and doors that meet the specifications detailed in Exhibit A or City approved equal. B. Hardware: Include all necessary hardware such as locks, handles, hinges, and weather stripping. C. Sealants: Provide and install high-quality weatherproof sealants to ensure proper sealing and energy efficiency
