Project Preparation A. Removal of Existing Windows and Doors: Safely remove all designated doors and windows, including any trim, sashes, frames, or other related components. Upon the notice to proceed, Contractor shall provide the City with a project schedule. B. Protection of Property: Ensure that the work area is protected from dust, debris, and damage. This includes covering floors, furniture, and other surfaces as necessary. 2. Materials and Equipment A. Windows and Doors: Provide new windows and doors that meet the specifications detailed in Exhibit A or City approved equal. B.
