Renovation of an educational facility in Canton, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 14,000-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.

The project involves the renovation of approximately 14,000 GSF of the basement and first floor of Wicks Hall at the State University of New York College of Technology at Canton to support the objectives identified in the SUNY Nursing Simulation Award. The scope includes reconfiguration of partitions for simulator expansion, installation of new LED lighting and controls, audiovisual and IT infrastructure, fire alarm and security systems, and a new sprinkler system. The work also includes removal of hazardous materials and upgrades to comply with current code and ADA requirements. HVAC system renovations and ductwork will be limited to what is necessary for the reconfiguration of interior spaces, as the primary mechanical systems for the renovated area will be addressed separately. Consultants must register for the procurement opportunity on the FUND’S website. After registration, they will receive the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and a link to upload their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). SOQs must be submitted electronically via the provided link and in the prescribed format. Paper or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
