Description

Remodeling of an educational facility in Cornwall, Ontario. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; and educational facility.

The Board is requesting quotations for painting the interior of 2 schools. General scope includes but is not limited to: repairing surface damage on walls, priming (1 coat) and painting (2 coats) all areas such as corridors, classrooms, gymnasiums, washrooms, locker rooms and office spaces. This includes all doors, door frames and window casings. Gymnasium walls are to be painted up to roof decking unless otherwise noted, and gymnasium ceiling, beams and rafters are excluded unless otherwise noted. The sites of the work are École élémentaire publique Rose des Vents (1650 Second St E, Cornwall, ON K6H 2C3) and École élémentaire publique Cité Jeunesse (30 Fullerton Ave, Trenton, ON K8V 1E4).
