Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in South Dennis, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The prospective bidder shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the reconstruction of Follins Pond Road and the Follins Pond Road Town Landing, complete in place as described in the plans and specifications. The general scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the clearing of existing vegetation, the removal of existing pavement, pavement milling, installation and grading of aggregate fill material, installation of bituminous pavement and berm, installation of stormwater best management practices (BMPs), installation of articulated concrete mat/boat ramp, installation of timber guard rail, installation of pavement markings, driveway grading, hardscape construction to match existing conditions at adjoining properties, landscaping, and site restoration. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the project title on the outside. Bidders shall be pre-qualified for the Highway-Construction classification of work through the Pre-Qualification Office of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, Section 39M. Minimum Wage Rates, as established by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries, shall be in effect for this project. The Town of Dennis reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bidding, and to make the award as may be determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
