Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Phase 2 renovations to the tennis courts at Highland Road Community Park include removal of chain link fencing, removal of existing court surfacing, removal of tennis nets, resurfacing of tennis courts, installation of fencing, and painting and priming of miscellaneous accessories. Electronic or paper bids are to be submitted by the designated deadline. Bidders must obtain an original set of bidding documents, and any addenda will be sent to those who have registered. Electronic bids and bid bonds must be submitted through the specified platform prior to the bidding deadline. Paper bid forms must be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope, endorsed with the project name and contractor's license number. One copy of the bid form is required, and forms must be fully completed. A certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond for five percent of the total bid must accompany each bid. Contractors must comply with all licensing laws and be properly licensed for the category of work. BREC reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. Only contractors who have formally obtained complete contract documents in their name may submit bids.
