The proposed dugouts will consist of three (3) chain link walls and a metal roof, with one wall to include a 4-foot gate. Structures are to be built on existing concrete pads. All proposals shall constitute, for a period of 90 calendar days, an irrevocable offer to provide the specified goods/services.
