The requirement is for the purchase and installation of PIV-enabled access control hardware on four doors and the integration of all installed components into the existing Lenel OnGuard Physical Access Control System to enhance controlled access, alarm monitoring, and life-safety compliance. The work includes upgrading the Lenel OnGuard software license from ADV SUSP to PRO to increase system capacity from 256 to 320 readers, along with providing documentation verifying updated reader capacity and confirmation of successful implementation. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, wiring, programming, testing, documentation, and coordination necessary to deliver a fully functional PACS installation and software upgrade. Required equipment and installation include four HID SIGNO 40K PIV readers, four door position sensors, two cylindrical electrified locksets with request-to-exit, two electric door strikes, two electrified retracting panic devices, four ADA wave-to-open push buttons, drill-outs for a wood door and a fire-rated metal door, armored door loops, wire mold raceways with fittings, Lenel LNL-1320 Dual Reader Interface Modules, access control cabinets, power supplies, backup batteries, Altronix ACM4 power controllers, amber door indicator lights, access control cabling, request-to-exit sensors with sounders, and all programming and installation labor. Each door has specific requirements, including installation of readers, locking hardware, sensors, cabling, power connections, and system integration with Lenel controllers located in designated rooms. All equipment must be new, UL-listed where applicable, and compatible with the existing Lenel OnGuard PACS. The contractor shall ensure full integration with existing controller capacity, network connectivity, fire alarm interface capability, and alarm reporting through the Lenel system. Work shall be inspected by the Contracting Officer's Representative, with acceptance contingent on verification of full operational functionality and confirmation that the upgraded system supports 320 readers without disruption.
