The City of Oak Ridge is seeking a professional engineering firm to provide on-call water system engineering services. The selected firm(s) will assist the City with planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction phase services for a wide range of projects involving the rehabilitation, replacement, expansion, and improvement of the City’s potable or future process or raw water systems. Projects may vary in size, complexity, and duration and may require accelerated delivery schedules to address regulatory compliance, system capacity needs, operational challenges, or emergency conditions. The selected firm will enter into a multi-year agreement to provide professional design services on an as-needed basis.
