Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Cornwall, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 157,714-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Upper Canada District School Board (“UCDSB”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility for placement on an approved Excavation Sub-Contractor list, for an upcoming construction tender for a new secondary school in Cornwall, Ontario. The school will be a 157,714 square foot, three-storey, 1,400 pupil places school with classrooms, labs, shops, a quadruple gymnasium, learning commons, and administration and service areas. An architectural firm has been retained and is working on the design. Successful respondents from this RFSQ will be combined with those from a previous RFSQ (#26-007) to create the approved list for the upcoming tender. Pre-qualification requirements: Pre-qualification as an excavation sub-contractor for placement on an approved list for an upcoming construction tender. Participation is only open to those who qualify through this RFSQ process or the previous RFSQ #26-007. Online submissions only. No cost to obtain or participate in this solicitation..
