Interior lab renovation of existing 834 square feet space to create a new spec lab in Hubbs Hall at UC San Diego Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Scope of work includes demolition of existing space and procurement/installation of new MEP, casework, and flooring. Project also includes improvements of the ADA parking and path of travel.
