Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Overland Park, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Bids for Tomahawk Ridge Community Center RTU Replacement (MB-2873) will be received online through QuestCDN. To be considered a qualified bidder, the online bid must be completed and submitted, all addenda acknowledged, and a copy of the bid bond or Surety2000 authorization code uploaded. Contractors may obtain bid documents from QuestCDN for a non-refundable fee. No oral, facsimile, or telephonic bids or alterations will be considered. Each bidder must submit a pdf copy of the original bid bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid or provide a Surety2000 bid bond authorization code. Original bid bonds must be provided after the bid opening by the end of the second business day. The bid security will be retained until a contract is executed. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities. Bids may be modified or withdrawn through QuestCDN before the bid opening, but no bid may be withdrawn for thirty (30) days after opening. Rejection of a bid creates no liability on the part of the City, and bidders have no cause of action against the City for bid preparation costs. Filing a bid constitutes agreement to these conditions.
