The work includes park improvements, hardscape, parking lot construction, playground area preparation, post tension sports court, surfacing and equipment, field sports equipment installation, site finishings installation, restroom pad preparation, pavilion pad and footing preparation, mountain bike park development, ninja course installation, drainage improvements, and landscaping (planting and irrigation), all as detailed in the plans and specifications. Sealed bids must be clearly marked on the outside with "ITB No. 26-1001 26-1001 for City of Lakeway Butler/Rough Hollow Park Improvements." Solicitation documents may be obtained free of charge through the City's website.
