Sealed bid proposals from qualified contractors are requested for Central HS Running Track Improvements. All contracts will be direct with the Owner and administered by the Construction Management Firm. The project will utilize separate prime contractors, with bid divisions including site work and installation of an all-weather synthetic track surface. Proposals must be submitted on provided bid forms and accompanied by a bid security of five percent (5%) of the base bid by qualified surety; personal checks are not accepted. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty days. Successful bidders may be required to furnish surety bonds as stated in the specifications. All bids must include a sworn and notarized familial disclosure and a signed Iran Business Relationship Affidavit. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept a bid other than the low bid, and waive informalities, irregularities, or errors in the bid proposals in their own best interest.
