Contractor shall be responsible for the entire work until completed and accepted by the Owner. 1. The work includes the removal and replacement of Dock C at Liberty Harbor Marina, complete. The work shall be completed in accordance with MDNR current standards and the MDEGLE Joint Permit. The existing Dock C that is removed from the water and stored on shore shall become the property of the City. It shall be stored on shore at the Veteran's Memorial Boat Launch parking lot. The City will be responsible for disposing of the removed Dock C. 2. The City will remove and replace the existing dock boxes. 3. The Contractor will remove and replace the existing streetlight on Dock C. 4. The City will remove and replace the furnishings and contents of the Attendants Building.
