Renovation of a multi-residential development in Huntington Park, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
*This project has been cancelled.* Quotes are requested for furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform all work required for the HUD Healthy Homes Program at specified properties, in accordance with the Scope of Work. Bidders must attend a mandatory Pre-Quote/Job Walk Meeting. Quotes must be submitted with all required forms, proof of contractor's license, EPA certification, RRP Renovator Certification, and insurance coverage, and uploaded electronically as instructed. Contractors are responsible for ensuring timely delivery and labeling of their quotes. The contractor, if awarded, must execute the standard contract and provide required insurance and documentation. Licensing, certifications, and compliance with penalties for delay are required. This is an informal solicitation, and the authority reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive minor deficiencies.
