All personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and related non-personal services are required to provide full management, preventive maintenance, and repair of automatic doors as defined in the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall furnish all resources necessary to perform inspection, servicing, adjustments, testing, repairs, and reporting to ensure automatic doors remain fully functional and compliant with applicable requirements. Services shall be performed independently, without government supervision or control, and in accordance with commercial standards, manufacturer guidance, and all performance requirements identified in the draft PWS and PRS. Capability statements are requested from qualified small businesses interested in fulfilling these requirements. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
