Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 14-room clubhouse / community center.

Sealed proposals are requested from licensed engineering firms for the design and costing of fourteen above-ground, FEMA P-361 compliant community tornado safe rooms. These storm shelters will be constructed at various industrial sites in Allen, Barren, Metcalfe, Simpson, and Warren Counties, and must meet all FEMA P-361 requirements and be ADA accessible. The final design drawings must be stamped by a licensed engineer certifying compliance with P-361 requirements. Proposals must be delivered by hand or mail to the designated office and received by the specified deadline. The Barren River Area Development District reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals.
