Site work for a mixed-use development in Hop Bottom, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.
*As of March 6, 2026 this project has been awarded to Garnett Excavating for a based bid of $38,721.92. The project involves work within Karhnak Memorial Park and consists of the installation of approximately 192 linear feet of 18-inch SLHDPE pipe, two stormwater manholes, and restoration of the walking path using 2A Modified material. An alternative option is available for restoration of the walking path with pavement instead of 2A Modified. Bidders must accompany their bid with a certified or cashier's check or Bid Bond amounting to 10% of the bid. Only bidders obtaining a full set of documents through Colwell-Naegele Associates, Inc. will be recorded to receive addenda. Paper and digital copies of bidding documents are available for a non-refundable fee. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the OWNER. Any inquiry received seven (7) or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of Bids will be given consideration
