The work consists in general of miscellaneous repairs and may include select sidewalk panel replacement, retaining walls, resetting of railings, stair and ADA upgrades, repointing, and façade repairs. Sealed bids will be received for on-call masonry services at various locations. Bidding procedures shall follow M.G.L. Chapter 30 Section 39M. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Town Manager/Purchasing Department at 730 Massachusetts Avenue, Town Hall Annex – Second Floor, Arlington, MA 02476, by the appointed time. No bid shall be accepted, corrected, modified, or withdrawn after the bid deadline.
