Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Genola, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,400-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.

The town of Genola, Utah is requesting bids for the construction of a new steel structure public works building with a footprint of approximately 6,000 sq. ft. A second-floor level will be constructed over a portion of the main level, making the total square footage of the main and second floor approximately 7,400 sq. ft. The main level will include two public bathrooms, an office, a break room, a personnel bathroom and shower, and four vehicle bays. The second floor will be an open area for storage. Construction activities will include all excavation, utilities, septic system, and the construction of the building itself. The selected bidder will be responsible for purchasing the steel structure building. Landscaping is not included. All bid submissions must comply with the attached Bid Documents.
