The town of Genola, Utah is requesting bids for the construction of a new steel structure public works building with a footprint of approximately 6,000 sq. ft. A second-floor level will be constructed over a portion of the main level, making the total square footage of the main and second floor approximately 7,400 sq. ft. The main level will include two public bathrooms, an office, a break room, a personnel bathroom and shower, and four vehicle bays. The second floor will be an open area for storage. Construction activities will include all excavation, utilities, septic system, and the construction of the building itself. The selected bidder will be responsible for purchasing the steel structure building. Landscaping is not included. All bid submissions must comply with the attached Bid Documents. Questions may be asked during the pre-bid conference. Questions not answered during the pre-bid conference may be submitted up to Monday, March 30, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (local time).
