The City of Ballwin seeks bids from qualified contractors for Pavement Striping in the City of Ballwin, Missouri. All work is to be performed according to City of Ballwin specifications. The successful bidder must comply with all applicable State provisions concerning the payment of prevailing wages on public works projects, as set by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. Bidders must affirm their enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization program and confirm that they do not knowingly employ unauthorized aliens. Contractors and subcontractors are required to provide and ensure their on-site employees complete a ten-hour OSHA-approved construction safety and health course within sixty days of the project start. Documentation of training must be available, with a grace period of twenty days to produce such documentation if needed. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment, Performance, and Guarantee Bond in the full amount of the Bid within ten days of contract award.
