The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: o New piping and appurtenances o Excavation, dewatering, and backfilling o Connections to existing facilities and facilities constructed by others o Pavement patching, pavement replacement, curb and gutter replacement, ADA ramp/sidewalk replacement o Other miscellaneous work and cleanup. All work to be performed under this Contract is located at the areas shown on the attached drawings and summarized by the areas below. A. Within city ROW on W 62 nd and Teller St (Area A) B. Within city ROW on W 62 nd Ave and Newland St. (Area B) C. Within city ROW on Dudley Circle and W 68th Ave. (Area C) D. Within city ROW on W 59 th Ave and Ralston Rd (Area D) E. Within city ROW on W 70 th Ave and Pierce St. (Area E) F. Within city ROW on W 79 th Ave and Lamar St. (Area F) G. Within city ROW on W 78 th Pl and Re ed St. (Area G) H. Within city ROW on W 62 nd Ave and Webster St (Area I) The City reserves the right to remove areas at any time before or during construction. 3.02 PRIORITY LOCATIONS The City has identified the below areas to be completed first. These areas will be paved through the City's pavement management project in the summer/fall of 2026 o Priority 1: W 79 th Ave and Lamar St. (Area F) to be completed before June 5, 2026 o Priority 2: W 70 th Ave and Pierce St. (Area E) to be completed before June 5, 2026 o Priority 3: W 78th Pl and Re ed St (Area G) to be completed before July 1, 2026 o Priority 4: Marshall St and W 55 th Pl. (Area H) to be completed before September 1, 2026 The contractor may deviate from the above plan at their discretion assuming all requirements and restrictions are satisfied. The proposed sequencing above is not intended to dictate means and methods for the construction of the project. The City reserves the right to adjust the priority of each location without change in the contract agreement prices, per subsection 1121.05 Changes in Contract Price of the Arvada Engineering Code of Standards and Specifications. 3.03 DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work of this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required and performing all construction, installation, and testing of all improvements, modifications, and additions, as shown on the Drawings and specified in these specifications. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: o New piping and appurtenances o Excavation, dewatering, and backfilling o Connections to existing facilities and facilities constructed by others o Pavement patching, pavement replacement, curb and gutter replacement, ADA ramp/sidewalk replacement o Other miscellaneous work and cleanup.
