The work includes storm system infrastructure maintenance and improvements within the drainage areas from storm sewer outfalls, Big Dry Creek, and Foxtail Pond in Candelas Filing No. 1. Major items consist of obtaining permits, mobilization, implementation of erosion control measures, stormwater diversion, excavation, removal and disposal of accumulated sediment and rip rap, channel regrading, installation of channel stabilization materials such as rip rap and grouted boulders, revegetation, and other site restoration. Maintenance and improvements must adhere to the provided plans, specifications, and regulations, with protection of existing infrastructure and ongoing stormwater conveyance during construction. Bidders must be licensed in Colorado, attend a mandatory pre-bid conference, provide 5% bid security, and submit bids on a unit price basis. Performance and payment bonds are required. Refer to the instructions for all bid submittal requirements, qualifications, procedures, and contract award details."
