The project consists of the reconstruction of Panorama Drive from house #100 to Long Beach Boulevard. The work includes unclassified excavation (623 CY), pavement removal (3734 SY), DGA (3734 SY), HMA surface course (560 Ton), HMA base course (672 Ton), installation of 4 drainage structures, 29 LF PVC drainage pipe, 1 tide valve, pavement striping and markings, signs, driveway restoration, turf repair, and all other incidental work necessary for project completion. Bidders are instructed that a Buy America Compliance Plan is required to confirm material compliance with the Buy America requirements and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), including the Build America, Buy America Act. Official contract specification documents must be obtained from Owen, Little & Associates, Inc. Only original purchased documents are valid for bid submission. Bids may be submitted by mail or in person before the opening time. A bid bond equal to 10% of the bid (not exceeding $20,000) must accompany proposals. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond for the total bid amount within ten days of written acceptance and provide certificates of insurance.
