Description

New construction of a fire / police facility in Pangman, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,250-square-foot fire / police facility.

The Rural Municipality of Norton #69 and the Village of Pangman is seeking tenders from general contractors for the development of a new municipal fire hall on Parcel# 204035431 - Blk/Par D-Plan 102411896 Ext. 0, located directly south of the Village of Pangman. The fire hall must be built to commercial standards in compliance with the National Building Code. The building permit is to be applied for through Professional Building Inspections (PBI) White City, Saskatchewan, with the completed application to be submitted through the municipal office. Specifications: - Prefabricated post frame building with engineered blueprints - Building dimensions: 75’ x 70’ - 4 bays with 14’ x 14’ electric overhead doors - Automatic sensor lights - 4 walk-in doors - Cement floors with draining system - 2 bathrooms rough plumbing (framing and finishing to be completed locally at a later date) - 1 service/utility room (framed and finished) - HVAC system - Electrical metallic tubing conduit (walls and ceiling) - Tinned interior/exterior - Construction deadline: October 31, 2026 Schematic drawings and geotechnical investigation have been completed.
