Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Pitt Meadows is inviting responses from general contractors with experience in constructing and/or upgrading pump stations or similar projects who are interested in prequalifying for participation in the tender for the Kennedy and Baynes Pump Stations Upgrades. Kennedy Pump Station: Replacement of existing pumps with new, complete with all associated work The new pumps may be procured prior to construction, and a novation agreement may be included in the tender documents Replacement of existing screens with new motorized screens, complete with all associated work The new motorized screens may be procured prior to construction, and a novation agreement may be included in the tender documents Placement of new concrete components Electrical and mechanical work Site and environmental work Baynes Pump Station Replacement of existing screens with new motorized screens, complete with all associated work The new motorized screens may be procured prior to construction, and a novation agreement may be included in the tender documents Placement of new concrete components and riprap Electrical and mechanical work Site and environmental work The City may decide to proceed with one construction contract for both projects, or separate construction contracts for each, at the City's sole discretion.
