Sealed proposals are solicited for "LANDSCAPING ON BOROUGH OWNED PROPERTY". Each proposal must be submitted on prescribed forms furnished with the contract specifications and must be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Money Order, or Cashier’s Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, not exceeding $20,000. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly endorsed with the contract name “LANDSCAPING ON BOROUGH OWNED PROPERTY” and addressed to the Borough Clerk. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. The Governing Body reserves the right to reject all submissions and/or award any or all contracts to a qualified vendor through this public bid process in accordance with law.
