Renovation of a stadium in Salmon Arm, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary including training, to complete a full spectator-lighting upgrade within the Spectator Arena and associated concourse areas of the facility. The work shall support the venue's operational needs for large-scale sporting events, concerts, conventions, and trade shows, and must be completed with minimal disruption to ongoing programming. The Spectator Arena includes an NHL-regulation ice surface with theatre-style seating for approximately 1,500 spectators and the ability to accommodate up to 2,200 guests in concert configurations. The facility hosts a wide range of events requiring high-quality, reliable, and energy-efficient lighting. The Contractor will replace the existing spectator lighting system with a modern LED solution that enhances visibility, improves energy performance, and meets current standards for sports, broadcast, and event lighting. It is preferred at this time that rafter mounted lighting be the proposed.
