The City of Salmon Arm seeks a qualified proponent to conduct a comprehensive Facility Inventory Assessment and Asset Assessment for five key municipal properties: ROGERS Rink, the SASCU Recreation Centre, City Hall, the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), and the Wastewater Pollution Control Centre (WPCC). This assessment will include a detailed evaluation of each facilitys current condition and identify long-term maintenance and capital needs. The aim is to create an asset inventory within the Citys existing Asset Management software and to generate a lifecycle assessment for each facility to guide strategic asset management decisions. Proposals must be submitted as either one hard copy (by mail or courier) or one digital copy (by email). Submission envelopes or email subject lines must be clearly marked with the proponent's name and address, the RFP number, and the project or program title.
