The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms for the Provision of Professional On-Call Planning Services on a Multi-Year Contract for the Department of Planning and Development. Proposals are legal and binding upon the firm when submitted. One (1) unbound single-sided original, six (6) identical, bound single-sided copies, and one (1) electronic copy on a flash drive or thumb drive should be submitted. The cost proposal is to be submitted in a separate sealed envelope and should not be included in the copies mentioned above. Successful firm will be required to meet insurance requirements. The Insurance Company should be authorized to do business in Georgia by the Georgia Insurance Department and must have an A.M. Best rating of A-10 or higher.
