Approximately 7,500 LF of 6-inch AC and PVC pipe water main replacement with new 8-inch DI pipe within the Forest Valley neighborhood of Lawrenceville in Gwinnett County, GA. Project also includes pavement repair and milling and overlay. The project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation within 240 days after the contract times commence and complete and eligible for final payment 270 days after the date for substantial completion. Bids must be prepared and submitted according to Section 00 2113 'Instructions to Bidders' and all competitive sealed bidding shall conform to relevant O.C.G.A. statutes. Digital copies of the drawings and specifications must be purchased from Stratus for a non-refundable fee. Printed copies may be examined at specified addresses during office hours. Questions regarding bids should be submitted by the stated deadline. Sealed bids must be delivered as specified and the bid opening will be virtual only.
