The City of Calgary is prequalifying suppliers/installers for the provision of the following products: in-filled synthetic turf products for outdoor and indoor rectangular fields used for sports such as soccer, football, field lacrosse, rugby, and similar activities; removable indoor synthetic turf sports surfaces; and cast-in-place polyurethane synthetic sports surfaces. Prequalified respondents will be eligible to provide synthetic sports surfacing products and installation services for these types of sport surfaces for potential City projects over the next three years. Engagement of these prequalified respondents may be either directly by The City or through general contractors for specific projects. This process is intended to streamline procurement for lifecycle replacement projects and major field installations, with a potential for a second-stage competitive Request for Proposal process for detailed specifications and drawings. The City intends to select up to four suppliers/installers per category, and respondents may be prequalified for one or more categories. Participation does not guarantee purchase or award of installations. Question Deadline 03/02/2026 at 4:00 PM MT : All questions must be submitted in online.
