TIMELINE: Request for Proposal from engineering consultants has recently been awarded. The anticipated phases include: Phase 1 - Options Analysis and Conceptual Design; Phase 2 - Preliminary and Detailed Design and Procurement Documents Preparation (optional future phase); Phase 3 - Procurement Process Support and Contract Administration (optional future phase); Phase 4 - Commissioning, Post-Construction Services, and Project Closeout (optional future phase).
