Question Deadline 03/05/2026 at 12:00 PM CT Estimate: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 Sealed bids are invited for a unit price general construction contract for Downtown Drainage Improvements Phase 2. The work includes several unit price items such as 2,802 linear feet of ditch grading, 387 linear feet of 18-inch RCP, 18-inch HDPE, 15-inch HDPE, and 12-inch HDPE, along with necessary appurtenances for construction. Bidders must contact Hayter Engineering to be placed on a planholder's list to receive notifications of any potential addenda. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Each bidder must submit a bid security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions stated in the instructions to bidders. Bids must remain valid and may not be withdrawn for 90 calendar days after the bid opening. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
